Service Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing all recording sessions. By booking, the Client agrees to the following conditions. All sessions must be scheduled through the official booking system, and full payment is required at the time of booking. No session is confirmed until payment has been received in full. Sessions may be rescheduled without charge when the Client provides a minimum of forty‑eight (48) hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted with less than forty‑eight (48) hours’ notice are strictly non‑refundable. Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule; further changes may incur additional fees. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will reduce the available recording period, and the session will not be extended. Arrivals exceeding twenty (20) minutes past the scheduled start time may be classified as a no‑show at the Studio’s discretion. The Client must arrive fully prepared, warmed up, and equipped with all repertoire, cuts, and materials required. Backing tracks, pianist tracks, or technical requirements must be submitted at least twenty‑four (24) hours prior to the session. A pianist is not provided; however, recommendations may be offered before booking. As a pop‑up service, the Studio attends the Client’s chosen venue with the understanding that all instruments, pianos, equipment, and space requirements are already in place, operational, and suitable for recording. Each booking consists of a ninety‑minute (90‑minute) period, including a thirty‑minute (30‑minute) setup and a sixty‑minute (60‑minute) recording session. Basic editing—framing, colour correction, and audio balancing—is included. All recordings are produced in a single‑camera format. Final files will be delivered digitally within forty‑eight to seventy‑two (48–72) hours unless otherwise agreed. Recording services are available exclusively at London‑based venues. Bookings outside London will be declined and refunded. The Client must treat all equipment, personnel, and premises with respect. Food and drink are prohibited near recording equipment, and only the booked Client may attend unless prior approval is granted. The Client receives full usage rights to the final edited video; raw footage remains the property of the Studio unless otherwise agreed. The Client must notify the Studio if unwell, and the Studio reserves the right to refuse service if the Client appears visibly unwell.
