Service Policy
1. Booking & Payment All lessons must be booked in advance through the official booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and your slot is confirmed only once payment has been received. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Lessons may be rescheduled at no cost with 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non‑refundable. Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule with sufficient notice; additional changes may incur a fee. 3. Late Arrivals Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals shorten your session and cannot be extended. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no‑show unless prior notice is given. 4. Technical Requirements All online lessons are delivered via MOOZ, a professional video platform designed for music instruction. Students must download the free MOOZ app in advance from https://mooz.pro and ensure it is installed, updated, and tested before the lesson. A stable internet connection, working microphone, and video‑capable device are required. Technical issues on the student’s side cannot be refunded or made up; if issues arise on the teacher’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. 5. Preparation & Materials Students should arrive warmed up and prepared with repertoire, backing tracks, or materials needed for the session. Sheet music or tracks requiring preparation must be sent at least 24 hours before the lesson. 6. Recording & Usage Recording is permitted only with prior approval and strictly for personal study. Recordings may not be shared publicly or used commercially. The teacher may decline recording requests when necessary. 7. Conduct & Environment A respectful, focused learning environment is expected. Please join from a quiet, private space free from interruptions. Parents/guardians may observe lessons for minors if arranged in advance. 8. Health & Vocal Safety If you are unwell, especially vocally, please notify the teacher. Lessons may be adapted to focus on technique, musicianship, or theory when singing is not advisable. 9. Teacher’s Discretion The teacher may refuse or discontinue lessons if policies are repeatedly disregarded or if behaviour is inappropriate. 10. Agreement By booking a lesson, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
